I bought my first flat with Winkworth and Andrew was the agent who helped me with this purchase. He was very quick and professional in responding to all the requests. It was a prolonged process but Andrew was very helpful and patient with the communications with the seller and solicitors. I am glad we worked it out together. I would contact him first if next time I'm in need of buying / selling another property in north London. Would recommend.

We went with Winkworth as second agent after only having one viewing with another agent in two months. Paul and the team managed to get us an offer within two weeks (which we accepted) and were always friendly, professional and there to help throughout the sales process. We spoke to four estate agents to sell our flat and Jack at Winkworth was definitely the most pleasant to deal with. He knows the area very well as a life long local. Nicole handled the sale and was very lovely and competent. Fee was reasonable as well.
