Firstly, thank you. The guys did not act like your 'typical' estate agents. Genuine, no lies or exaggerating. Friendly and easy going. Quick and detailed communication and felt they had everything organised and in hand. Reliable and went out their way if anything became an issue with our house move, to resolve it. They made a stressful time feel relatively effortless. I would highly recommend using market deeping winkworth.

In all of my many years of letting from various agencies over the years never have i experienced anything like the service and professional I have faced dealing with Winkworth. It has been outstanding. Beyond words. They have bent over backwards to help me get back on my feet after a difficult few months. I wish I had discovered them years ago and maybe things would have been different. They consider the needs of the individual. I can't recommend Fergus and his f a fantastic team enough. Don't bother with any other agents in the area because Winkworth and their amazing teams in both in the Southbourne and Westbourne branches are the best and you can't top the best. I would give 10 stars if I could 😀

Got an Appraisal booked in with the guys at Winkworth They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and property, giving a very professional service and experience. They left us with a great impression and seemed very driven. I have used many agencies in London, Had terrible experiences with the likes of Foxtons and Knight Frank. Winkworth out did them in every aspect. Give these guys a try!
