I cannot fault my experience of purchasing my first home through Winkworth. Without the help of Emily, I would not have found and secured my dream home. I always felt confident everything was in hand and being dealt with in the most efficient way possible. I was given information, support and assurance throughout the process. I do not plan to move again anytime soon, however, if and when I do, I would without doubt use Winkworth. Life moves on! I have now rented out my property for personal reasons. Winkworth dealt with finding my tenants. I could not fault the experience. They were so helpful, efficient and lovely through out the process that I was sad when it came to an end. The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. Once the offer was accepted Jade took over and took the sale over, she was very very helpful and professional and got us over the line.
