My experience with Winkworth was so far one of the best experiences that I’ve had with a letting agency in Northampton. They are very professional, they are very good at their job and they are there to help you and answer the phone when is needed. We have been using Winkworths as our letting agents for over 8 years now. Our property was let and managed through them. They found us a constant stream of tenants (our property was empty for only 2 weeks in 8 years!) Their management service was fantastic; tenant references were reliable, the inventories were prompt and detailed, we were always up to date with what was needed and the status of repairs / safety checks etc. We felt that their commission was good value for money and our rental was paid & recorded promptly and professionally.
