We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henry, Chelsea and his team at Winkworth Farnham.

I am happy to leave a positive review on the Hackney branch of Winkworth Estate Agents. In particular, Sean Ward, who took over the sale proceeds from the excellent Louisa Ataliotis. For many reasons, this was not a straightforward sale and Sean showed great diplomacy and timely communication which was essential in keeping this moving. All in all we are very grateful!

We had a fantastic experience both buying and selling our property through Winkworth. All staff have been incredibly helpful and provide fab customer service. When selling our property, Sam was very patient with us and walked us through every step of the process which was so useful for us and gave reassurance when needed. Our sale went through very speedily and believe it was down to Winkworth and their reccomendations for solicitors who made it go so smoothly.

We just purchased our first home with Winkworth and have had a great experience. Andy helping us with the back and forth to the buyer at first was great and Rachel has been amazing with the after sale. They've been so quick with responses and have answered everything we've asked which was a lot as we had no clue what to do. Rachel also was great chasing up everything to make it as swift as possible while keeping us informed and explaining well what was going on. We couldn't recommend them enough!

Recently viewed and offered on a property sold by Winkworths in Borehamwood. Dan who we have dealt with throughout has been amazing. He knew the answer to most of our questions immediately and those he didn't he found out straight away. He always does everything he says he will and we've never had to chase him. He is one of the nicest estate agents we've ever dealt with.

Changed to Winkworth when Foxtons had failed to find me a buyer afree a few months and were terrible at communicating anything. Within a few weeks Sam Smith had found me a first time buyer that went on to complete the sale within 2 months. Friendly service and in general communication and follow ups were good. Would recommend to others and use them again myself.

No doubt they are the best in Tiverton. I recently moved to a new house through Winkworth Lettings, and the experience was seamless. The letting manager Candiss and Ellie are so professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!
