I found a property on the market that I thought would be suitable for us. When I called Winkworth's agent, I spoke with a very polite guy named Major, who provided all the information about the property. The next day, when we met him at the flat, I was impressed. He was very kind, answered all our questions, and was patient with our English, as we are from a different country. He kept us updated continuously. Rosella was absolutely fantastic. We took her lead on setting a guide price for our 3 double bed property we were selling, rather that setting an exact price. That guide price was close to the minimum we wanted to achieve. She expected it to achieve significantly over. Rosella wasn't wrong. Within 1 week of listing we had 10 viewings planned. Come the day of viewing 4 offers by lunchtime 2 of which were well over the price she expected it to achieve. Rosella and the team at Winkworth are personable and the communication is good. She assisted with queries promptly and gave advise on our onward journey. I would happily use again and recommend to others.
