I appointed Winkworth to sell my flat in Dulwich a few months ago, and the sale recently completed. Having had a very positive experience selling a house through Winkworth Sunningdale, it made sense to go to them to find a place to rent. Jenny, the lettings manager, was excellent throughout. It had been a long time since I rented a property, but Jenny was so helpful, taking me through the process and admin with a minimum of fuss. Really fond of Winkworth South Ken and especially Sam. We just sold our flat with them and Sam managed to find the right buyer and managed the entire process from A to Z with top notch service. Winkworth and Sam stood out from other agencies as they took the time to understand the history behind the ownership of our property along with the specificities of the property. This enabled them to calibrate the search and target the right buyer. Our flat had been with Foxtons for 2 years and despite them taking lots of buyers to see our property we never ever had credible buyers through the door!
