Toby and his team at Winkworth B&H have been the best company I have ever moved with. Toby is always calm and cheerful, yet realistic. And he is a brilliant negotiator. We only ever wanted this one property, we looked at nothing else, and now we are here! Toby led us to all the trades we needed, for our existing and new property, he even lent us his broadband router as no broadband here. We also worked with the helpful and informed solicitor Toby recommended from his own house move. The team behind Toby always knew who I was and what was happening, or would quickly find out. Everyone seemed to be on the same page. Winkworth were selling the place we wanted hence we went with them. Not an obvious choice as we live in Kemptown village, and Winkworth are in Hove. Jordan met me at our house to value it and had done his homework before he arrived, presenting brochures of other local houses in a similar price bracket and lots of information relating to how long they had taken to sell. He was well informed without being pushy, positive about the house, and I particularly appreciated him offering a fair and reasonable rate for the estate agency services without fuss and negotiation. Winkworth provided an excellent professional photographer and the house went on the market within a few days of the paperwork being completed. A buyer was found within 4 days for close to the asking price, and the sale completed about 9 weeks later. Chris Pennock dealt with the sale and was on hand to answer questions throughout the process, including gently nudging things along when the conveyancing process seemed to be dragging. I would definitely recommend Winkworth in Sunningdale, and Jordan and Chris for their pleasant professionalism throughout the sale. Thank you.

Selling your home is one of the worst experiences you can put yourself and your family through. I'm wondering why I have done this exact thing, 14 times in 30 years now... Well, it seems that over that time there have only been a few agents, and even fewer actual staff that sweep aside the usual caricature of the "estate agent". Molly in particular, is one of these people. She has this blend of humility, humanity, deep knowledge of the market, professionalism, and communication skills. Viewers love her. Sellers value her. Boundless energy, enthusiasm and reassurance are her norm. She somehow balances the needs of the buyer, with the needs of the seller and keeps the plates spinning. Her written, and verbal communication is instant. She has been proactive in chasing leads and in bringing them to tangible conclusions. This is not something that has always been possible in the past, with other Newbury based agents. In my view, Mollie, and the wider Winkworth team, are setting the standards by which other agents should be judged by, and should aspire to match.

Oliver, Ellie and Candiss have been so helpful through the entire process of purchasing a property. Questions answered and help given when information required in a friendly and helpful manner. Always get back to you with answers to queries, which has been very reassuring.

Henry was great at accommodating my wife’s and my purchase of a new property in Hammersmith and Fulham. He was able to show us around the property at very short notice and was always on hand to provide updates on the sale throughout the process. Great service received from Mike Watters at Winkworth. Had a few of the usual (and unusual) hiccups within the chain but Mike managed to keep everyone informed and stepped in where necessary to keep everyone on track.
