We recently sold our flat in Shepherds Bush through Winkworth, having also bought through them in 2015 and the service was excellent. Whilst personnel changed during the sale, which we appreciate can happen, and we had to therefore work with different sales managers, we were very appreciative to be offered a reduced commission for the inconvenience, whilst the service continued to be very good. Excellent communication on email and telephone with regular updates. We sold in a tough market and didn’t quite get the price we wanted, but Winkworth always seemed to have the very best intentions for us as sellers. Nicola recommended a house that was outside our initial search area but we went with her recommendation and went to view it and it turned out to be perfect for us. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process updating us regularly. We bought our house through Winkworth Surbiton, and Debbie has been very personable, patient and helpful in this process. Throughout the sale, Debbie has kept us regularly updated with information of the sale, and has gone above and beyond to actively liaise with the solicitors to support the conveyancing process to prevent any delays. We also had about 3-4 viewings at the property before exchange of contracts and Debbie has worked with the sellers collaboratively to accommodate our multiple viewings requests.
