I went to Winkworth as they had good reviews online - this was about two years ago - due to the pandemic, everyone was leaving London so my apartment was open to rent and potentially difficult to let out. Winkworth were very helpful and successful in helping me to rent it out. There is a reason they have so many good reviews!

Recently completed the sale of our large family home. Winkworth weren't the agent we chose first- we naively went with 2 other agents that gushed more when they viewed the house but when the other agents had failed to sell, we went to Paul at Winkworth. He seemed very good at managing the process after the viewing- negotiating low ball offers up to something that was acceptable and we sold very quickly through Winkworth having failed for a year with 2 other agencies. We have also used these as lettings agents for several years now and have found them to be far better than any other companies we have worked with. Honest, hard working and very professional. Highly recommend
