We have just sold our house with Winkworths, Poringland. Team members who deserve a special mention are Jamie, Director, Leah in sales and Jade, Assistant Manager. Each of these individuals were responsive and efficient. Jamie responded to us out of hours to help with queries we had and gave sound advice. Our sale however would not have gone through had it not been for the tenacity of Jade, who went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. Buying and selling property remains a very stressful time, having a team with these individuals made all the difference. We are extremely grateful to them for facilitating our move into our dream home. Highly recommend.

David and Charlie were a delight to work with in selling my flat. They believed in my flat more than I did, and their love showed in the marketing. I listed in a very rough market. While other agents said the only way to generate interest was to price at nonsensically low levels, David and Charlie convinced me to play the long game. We priced at where we believed the value was and looked for a buyer who would agree. In the end, we found the right buyer and got a better price than other agents’ best case scenarios. And the long game ended up being not that long (3 months). I received top notch guidance throughout the sale process and remain grateful to both of them.

We've heard horror stories about incompetent rental agencies, but these people here are absolutely professional. Thank you for everything !

Matt made me feel very comfortable when he was marketing the house. I found dealing with both Matt and Nigel very efficient. When I need help with finding a solicitor and house clearance they were very helpful. Anytime I called them and they were not available they would call me back relatively quickly - I did not have to chase them at all. They constantly kept me in the loop all the time. It was a pleasure to work with them.
