We've dealt with Sarah Russell Lettings Manager at Winkworths Hove for almost five years. If we could give 10 stars we would. Her professionalism, sensible approach to any issue raised and her ability to balance tenant and landlord expectations is second to none. If you are considering letting a property or you are a tenant, then you are very lucky indeed to have her in your corner. In an era of poor customer service, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Sarah and all the team at Winkworths.

Fabulous experience with Winkworth in Farnham. All of the team - Henry, Jamie and Chelsea were a pleasure to deal with. Jamie - in particular - who dealt with my transaction is truly exceptional at what he does. He did not rest to get my property sold in a challenging market and I’m not sure if it would have completed without him having stayed on top of all of the legal challenges, his transactional experience and following up with everyone! Outstanding service from Lewis at Winkworth, he made the process of purchasing our house so much easier and a lot less stressful, I really don't think we could've got this far without all the support and help from Lewis. We had some difficulties with the conveyancers and Lewis was always on hand to help, he'd call and chase anything we needed, he went absolutely above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. He answered any queries we had about the house, was swift in arranging visits so we could do measurements etc. He is an asset to the Winkworth team and we wish him all the best for the future. Ryan was just fantastic. From the first viewing of our new house right through the process. He kept a sense of humour and absolute professionalism. He managed to keep me sane through what was a stressful time related to the sale of my property not the purchase which went through very smoothly.
