My flatmate and I had a seamless experience finding our new flat with Winkworth! Our estate agent Lauren worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring all things were communicated clearly to us. We secured our new flat within a few hours of viewing and have Lauren to thank for helping us find it!

I just wanted to leave a big thank you to Winkworths, and in particular Tania, who isn't even my estate agent. We were due to purchase a property from a vendor managed by Winkworths and they turned out to be really difficult for all involved. Tania handled every difficulty with complete professionalism and empathy to all parties. This process didn't work out, and we had to go our separate ways, but it's only fair to say how well this was handled. I would highly recommend Winkworths to others in future, the pain and frustration of a purchase slowly falling apart would have been much harder without them.

We recently completed on our dream home in Thames Ditton and owe a huge thank you to Debbie at Winkworth Surbiton for her professionalism, clear and trustworthy communication and readiness to always be driving things forward. Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful time, but on reflection, I think Debbie's calm, considerate and personable demeanor shielded us from a lot of these stresses, for which we're extremely grateful for.

These guys really earned their commission. The team at Winkworth are experienced negotiators who know what they are doing and give good advice. In a difficult market with a difficult chain the Winkworth team went over and above to help everyone along, especially as one of the other estate agents did not seem to be doing their job. They give good and realistic valuations and have their finger on the pulse of the market. I would highly recommend them.
