Exceptional service from Harry Watts and his team. Extremely professional at the same time as being friendly practical and honest. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Not only did he secure tenants for my property in a period of less than a month he let it at a much higher rent. He was enthusiastic about the property too. Easy to deal with as both a landlord and I suspect as a tenant

Been with Winkworth's for the last 3+ years. They have always been available to complete necessary repairs/maintenance promptly, friendly to deal with and never had any issues or problems. Winkworth did an outstanding job in letting my property and their assistance was particularly important because I was overseas at the time. We managed to work through time differences by using email, texts and phone, and I had to rely heavily on them to report back to me regularly, cut keys in my absence and cover all aspects of the viewing and letting process while the properties were concurrently being renovated. They were diligent in following up even outside office hours in order to get the property on the market and re-let.
