We have recently used Winkworth to sell our property and have been working with Sam. I initialled had booked for Winkworth and another estate agents to value our house, but after my first meeting with Sam decided to cancel the other company and proceed with Winkworth, which is testament to Sam and the great job he did in preparing for our valuation. He was knowledgeable, professional but also didn’t come across too pushy which for me is always a worry with things like selling your house. He has kept us fully informed throughout the sale process and managed to market our house so that it sold in less than a week for more than the asking price.
