Having sold up in West Sussex we rented a house in Petersfield prior to purchasing a home. Being new to the town that gave us time to get to know the area and chat to local agents. Andrew at Winkworth was head and shoulders above the other agents in getting to know us and our thoughts, which evolved over several months and we purchased a delightful one-off town house via Winkworth. The whole process up to Exchange of Contracts was handled very professionally and whilst Andrew was acting for the vendors he also gave us good and balanced advice throughout the process. We exchanged in the agreed timescale without any of the usual frustrations and agreed a long completion to allow the vendors to move to their chosen property. We took took possession last week, and much to our delight the property far exceeded our expectations. Winkworth was totally professional throughout the whole process and we would use them to sell the property when the time comes.

We have just completed on a property today and whilst what we thought to be a small chain turned out to be nearly double figures meaning things took much longer than had hoped the service received from Jade was great. Things got very complicated towards the end however Jade's negotiation skills clearly saved the day and we are very grateful to her for all she did.
