I’ve recently helped my 82 year old mum move from Banstead to Wiltshire. Richard and Alison were more than we could have asked for to smooth the tricky and stressful path of moving her from Banstead after 50 years. They went beyond the call of duty to help keep Mum calm and assisted her with many of the admin tasks that solicitors needed done. The house in Banstead was sold within a week of being on the market and their communication with me as the go between was excellent - particularly as things got very tense in the week of exchange and completion.
