Hi This is a quick review in praising the lovely Leah and her partner in crime Jade. Leah met us at the property and was very formal and professional. Once the offer was accepted Jade took over and took the sale over, she was very very helpful and professional and got us over the line. I would like to say I would definitely recommend these two and the company. If anybody wants a estate agent to sell your home the Porringland office is definitely 5 stars Well done guys.

Having tried another local Farnham agent initially who were unable to generate any traction I moved the sale of my mother’s house to Winkworth Farnham. I wish I’d done it sooner and their service levels were night and compared to the previously instructed agent. Jamie Solis handled the instruction and his feedback and responsiveness was nothing short of impressive. The sale took longer than I would have liked but I attribute that to the fact the sale was in a chain and the market was not great. As the house was vacant I put all our trust into Winkworth and they were nothing short of exceptional. Thanks also to Henry who expertly navigated us through to exchange in the tense final days in Jamie’s absence.! Thanks all.

I rented my first ever flat with Winkworth in 2011 so knew they tend to attract great properties and offer a very different experience to other London estate agents. This time was no different. Chené was incredibly reassuring and helpful - I felt she had my back. She responded promptly to all my emails and made the process a breeze.

The first agency that helped us not with words, but with deeds. As refugees from Ukraine, it was very difficult for us to find housing, although we worked full-time and had contracts. Only Winkworth showed interest in helping us. We have been living in an apartment for 2 years now, thanks to this agency. I would like to say a special word about our property manager Nino. She is a high-class professional who quickly responds to our requests and helps solve issues. In addition, she is a polite, friendly person who is always ready to help. We are very satisfied with the cooperation. Because it was not enough to be only a professional, it is also important to always remain a human being.
