I wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Kentish Town Estate Agents. It's a highly professional estate agent with a great staff team prepared to make the extra effort when needed. For about thirty years, the company managed our 2-bed property in Kentish Town which was rented out while we were living overseas. Their services were very professional and they were quick to address property management issues when they arose. When eventually we came to sell the property we asked Winkworth to help with the sale, which has now been completed. The sale was not so easy. Property market conditions were quite difficult and, just as we were preparing to exchange contracts, our original buyer pulled out so Winkworth had to find another buyer. Throughout the sale process, Winkworth provided excellent support and advice, with a view to obtaining the best outcome on our behalf. Hats off to Shifa, George, Clive and the rest of the Winkworth team!

Winkworth were the Estate Agents selling the house we wanted. We were impressed with the photos online and the virtual tour (which is really useful before the sale is complete because you can keep looking at everything in detail). Ian Simons communicated well with me, he kept me in the loop, chased up solicitors, surveyors etc. and kept in contact before during and after the sale. When we eventually sell our house, I will absolutely be using Winkworth in Northampton. Brilliant service.

Myself and two friends have recently worked with a number of the Winkworth staff to secure a new letting in Clapham, and have had a very positive experience with the company. We have primarily been in contact with Hannah who was a pleasure to deal with. She showed us round the property initially and was highly involved and present with organising the subsequent contracting and negotiation process after that. We had a number of teething issues with resolving referencing from our previous letting company, and Hannah was very patient and pragmatic while we resolved these issues, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we have been very impressed by the service from Winkworth, we have had difficulties with previous letting agents, so were incredibly pleased to have such a good experience with Winkworth.

Matt and Nigel were amazing. From start to finish, they were very hands on and communicative. And our purchase went thru without a hitch. They went above and beyond the call of duty and we were very grateful and are thrilled to be in our new home.

I listed a property to sell in February this year with Sam and his team. They were great to deal with and kept me informed the whole way. Evie was really helpful. They worked really hard with viewings however in the end I pulled it from the market and am going to hang out and wait for the market to improve I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended
