We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.

The lettings and property management team have been nothing short of exceptional. Very competent, patient with my hundreds of questions and above all very kind in their communication. Couldn’t be happier with them- feel very at ease, especially Hollie and Charlotte. Would very much recommend them. In my experience, Winkworth is the best letting agent in the area. Jenny was fantastic in helping us secure our new home. The process was smooth from start to finish. Would highly recommend and would use them again without question. Charlotte as the property manager is very responsive and deals with any issues that arise courteously and promptly.

We are currently based offshore and Janie has been very good at ensuring our property is managed professionally. She's very personable and ensures all matters are dealt with appropriately and with care.

The first agency that helped us not with words, but with deeds. As refugees from Ukraine, it was very difficult for us to find housing, although we worked full-time and had contracts. Only Winkworth showed interest in helping us. We have been living in an apartment for 2 years now, thanks to this agency. I would like to say a special word about our property manager Nino. She is a high-class professional who quickly responds to our requests and helps solve issues. In addition, she is a polite, friendly person who is always ready to help. We are very satisfied with the cooperation. Because it was not enough to be only a professional, it is also important to always remain a human being.
