Right from the start, it was clear that Candiss genuinely cares about helping prospective tenants to find the right home . I found her to be warm and friendly, as well as professional. She even did a few follow up calls which was greatly appreciated by us, having had several months of stress, trying to secure a new home. The whole process with the application, signing of contracts and sorting the finances, plus collection of keys, was a breeze and a welcome relief.
