Myself and my sister have been renting a property in Reydon through Winkworth since 2019, they have always ensured that the rent is on time, schedule and carry out any inspections and advise of and arrange any maintenance (e.g boiler/gas service) that may be required. Our main contact has been Linda Jackson who has always given us a friendly and efficient service with any queries we may have. They have also played a major role in searching for and vetting any new tenants that we have had. We would certainly highly recommend them as a letting agent.

Winkworth did an outstanding job in letting my property and their assistance was particularly important because I was overseas at the time. We managed to work through time differences by using email, texts and phone, and I had to rely heavily on them to report back to me regularly, cut keys in my absence and cover all aspects of the viewing and letting process while the properties were concurrently being renovated. They were diligent in following up even outside office hours in order to get the property on the market and re-let.

ive just rented a property from winkworth and i cant find enough good words to express how happy i am Alex Marle its absolutely amazing , he made the whole process quick and easier than i could even imagine i give them 10 stars not 5 , definitely recommend everybody to use Winkworth
