We bought our bungalow through Paul at Winkworth, Leigh on Sea. We have had first class service throughout all our dealings with him. Very professional, understanding and willing to help. We've dealt with a number of estate agents on our search, the majority of whom we couldn't recommend but Paul broke the mould. For this reason we would certainly highly recommend Winkworth.

If you are looking for a highly professional service to either sell or manage your property then my advice is to engage the team in Notting Hill. I am currently using their property management service and find Kylie and her team excellent.

Hannah was fantastic! She was very pro-active, always professional, super fast and kind throughout the whole rental process. She managed all my expectations, in terms of managing timeline, communicating my numerous requests to the landlord, giving me the info I needed and even finding time so we could re-visit the flat to take measurements at a day and time that was convenient for us. And on top of that, what's special about Hannah is that she is not only a terrific agent who knows her market inside out but she is a great listener and a very kind and caring person. Renting a flat is stressful (especially when you are 8 months pregnant) but Hannah makes it really easy and stress-free for you. I would totally recommend Hannah!
