Myself and two friends have recently worked with a number of the Winkworth staff to secure a new letting in Clapham, and have had a very positive experience with the company. We have primarily been in contact with Hannah who was a pleasure to deal with. She showed us round the property initially and was highly involved and present with organising the subsequent contracting and negotiation process after that. We had a number of teething issues with resolving referencing from our previous letting company, and Hannah was very patient and pragmatic while we resolved these issues, which was greatly appreciated.
