At the end of last November we had to find ourselves a house - quickly! We had put our place in East London on the market and we soon had a buyer who was desperate to move in. We had decided to relocate to the New Forest area and booked a four day trip to view the homes we had shortlisted from Rightmove. The first viewing didn’t go well. The house was ludicrously overpriced and the agent very inexperienced. Not a good start. And then we met Rosella Short from Winkworth. She had arranged viewings of 3 homes in the Ferndown locale. We were impressed from the get go. A very professional, driven, intense yet engaging agent. Before we viewed the third one she described the house as a “lovely home”. She called it right, we absolutely loved it, carried on with our other viewings over the next few days but at the end of the trip on a Friday evening we called Rosella who managed our offer with the seller successfully. We went back to London tired but happy. Over the next 3 months as we worked on compiling the sale and purchase documents we kept in touch with Rosella who, with typical high energy, responded by return and guided us on the issues arising. Winkworth Surrey Quays is the BEST AGENT!!! I have been renting the flat in London for more than 10 years. Winkworth is the best agent I have ever met. I have been renting a flat from them 2 years ago, Alex was really helpful at that time. Paying reasonable fees for credit check, reference and everything. It went well and great. Also, if the flat got any problems, just give them a call. The contractor will show up next day and do the job properly. In addition, if there were any news or arrangements, Hussain always email and call me to confirm it. They are responsible and efficient. I would love to recommend Winkworth Surrey Quays to everyone.

I'm not sure what we would have done without Jade's unwavering support during our recent property purchase - she was an absolute legend! There were some significant challenges with one part of the chain but throughout it all, she was the person keeping everyone informed and holding solicitors and other agents to account on a daily basis. Always polite, professional and supportive, she never made us feel like anything was too much trouble, consistently taking the time to speak to us and responding to emails. Working with Jade was so reassuring and we really do feel that she had our backs and went over and above to help everyone get moved. We are so grateful to her for all her efforts.
