We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Winkworth Crystal Palace. Our property manager, Charlotte Woods, is incredibly attentive. Living in an older property with lots of personality, Charlotte guarantees a quick turnaround whenever we need.

Cannot recommend Winkworth enough. They were fantastic throughout the selling process but really came into their own during the long slog to completion. Without Jamie’s relentless chasing up and down the chain, I truly believe it would have fallen apart. If we are ever tempted to move again, we would definitely be back!
