Would highly recommend Winkworth they were really professional, friendly and responsive. Linda Jackson always keeps us informed, and i would also like to mention Tegan who has also been helpful. The letting process has been an easy experience.

My experience with Winkworth was so far one of the best experiences that I’ve had with a letting agency in Northampton. They are very professional, they are very good at their job and they are there to help you and answer the phone when is needed. I started renting with them for the first time in December and I am very happy with their services. Nikki was the person that I’ve spoken with the most. She always wanted to help and she made sure that I’m satisfied with all the services that they can offer me. Very happy with her services. Another person that I would like to mention is Ian. He was very responsive and made sure that the condition of the flat is ideal before I moved in.

The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout. The sale wouldn't have happened without Tom, and I appreciate his dedication.

We had such an issue with paper work, but Denise helped us all the way through and stuck with us and was very responsive and helpful with everything and every obstacle which was thrown her way. Winkworth have been absolutely brilliant in the stressful process of selling our house. Nicola in particular was very quick to respond in managing a difficult chain and kept the whole process going. The whole team also were brilliant at showing people around, and really sold the house like it was their own. They come highly recommended - we wouldn't go with anyone else!
