Dominic went well beyond the call of duty to secure this sale. He cajoled my solicitor who was often slow in dealing with the buyer's enquiries. He placated the buyer who was increasingly irritated by the delays and when a particular document seemed impossible to obtain through normal channels he took the initiative and managed to secure it by personal contact. Having searched for over 2 years for a home, Winkworth having never dealt with them before, was the only estate agent who took my call, and squeezed me in for a booking at short notice to meet my needs. The agent who I met with was a people person & allowed me to look around on my terms, answering my questions but just as important made me feel at ease, he also was kind enough to allow my partner at short notice to view the house. Communication throughout the buying process has been amazing, and it’s only taken 5 weeks from viewing to collecting the keys. Every now and then I was being called for updates on the vendors side & what if anything, I need to look into next. A faultless service where we have not had to guess what happens next. The agent who initially took our bid was respectful throughout the viewing & came across an honest guy when questioned on how many others had views the property. The following members of staff who have dealt was us have been respectful, and explained in Simone terms the process, answering questions without belittling or thinking we should know the answer. Buying a house seemed a complicated process but if you buy or sell via Winkworth Hellsdom, I believe you’ll be in a good place.

We originally went with Jones Robinson for the sale of our property back in January. However based on the experience with Winkworth in our chain we will definitely be doing business with them next time around. Molly was exceptional throughout the entire process. At times where the chain went quiet, she was individually calling each level of the chain to find the reasons for any hold ups and then rationalise solutions for them. Whilst we weren’t even her primary client, the professionalism and efficiency of the job she performed still rubbed off. We would highly recommend.
