We recently bought our house through Winkworth’s. It wasn't plain sailing, with many delays due to issues outside of our control. Kim in particular was fantastic - always available to speak to or via email. Always kept us updated & kept me sane even when I felt the purchase may not happen! I genuinely couldn't have asked for more and am very grateful that she was on board to deal with issues when things looked bleak. It was a fantastic service from Kim and the team and I can highly recommend them. I wouldn’t use any other agent. Thank you Kim for all your hard work - we got there in the end!

Would like to thank the team at Winkworth estate agents for finally getting us our perfect home. I had wonderful service from Madison Lane at Winkworths Shepherds Bush office. As I live overseas she was incredible helpful and went above and beyond to assist in arranging for a contractor to do some work following the buyer’s survey and also for the removal of furniture. She negotiated well and was fair to both the myself and the buyer so we reached an agreement. Thank you!

Cannot recommend Rosella and her team highly enough. From the day she valued our property to completion Rosella went above and beyond, was always on hand to answer any questions we had and replied to emails really quickly seven days a week, even sorting and reassuring when there was a problem down the chain when nobody else could. My partner and I recently moved into a new rental property through Winkworth. Alex was efficient at replying to emails and very helpful. Moving can be stressful but Winkworth made it as seamless and as easy as possible. We love our new place and hopefully not looking to move again any time soon but we would use again!
