David was excellent throughout the whole buying process. He was available at any time of the day, weekdays and weekends. Always tried to make both parties happy and his help was crucial to get the deal done as quickly and smoothly as possible. He was involved daily checking with all parties involved where things were and chasing solicitors, mortgage brokers etc. Would definitely recommend!

Sam Agar was the Estate Agent , of Winkworth ,acting on behalf of the Seller, we were buying the property. Sam was extremely easy to deal with, very personable, professional, gave good advice, always answered emails or Whatsapp messages immediately. Although he acted for the seller, we felt he was acting on our behalf too, he expedited the sale completion within the time frame he gave us, He smoothed out any contentious issues, and answered all of our concerns and inquiries. .
