Can’t say my dealings with the branch weren’t any different from any other agency in SJW. Most agencies in this area have relatively the same OK/good practices. The 5 stars goes to the agent who helped me buy my flat because Dominic Hallett didn’t just help me find a flat but he genuinely went out of his way to help me buy it.

I can't praise the team at Winkworth enough, Allison, Richard and Andrew are all great at their roles, from getting buyers in the door, negotiating on a sale price to progressing the sale to completion. Getting a sale isn't the end of the journey...you need people like the team at Winkworth to make sure the sale doesn't breakdown, and progresses smoothly so that all parties are kept informed. If I was to ever move again I'd definitely choose Winkworth. They marketed and sold our house at the right price!!!
