We worked with several agents in the recent purchase of our first home but had the most positive experience with Winkworth Dulwich, who listed the property we bought. Our viewings were mostly with Archie, who was calm, informative and not pushy, and who learned very quickly how best to make us feel comfortable and looked after during this part of the process. After our offer was accepted we worked predominantly with Nicola, who was fabulous throughout the next stages of our purchase. We found her to be reassuring, proactive, transparent and efficient, which was so valuable as she helped us to navigate some unexpected bumps in the road towards exchange and completion.
