The most challenging of times to sell a house made bearable by the professionalism and experience of Justin at Winkworth. The first sale was due to complete on 9th April 2020 fell apart just before exchange due to the first Covid lockdown. Who knew what would happen next? Justin found us a tenant quickly who was interested in ultimately buying the house and almost a year to the day after we should have sold, the sale was completed. It has not been without its' stressful moments, but at all times, Justin has been available, understanding and his experience has helped to find a way through. Yes, estate agents' fees appear to be astonishingly high, but on this occasion I can honestly say we feel we have had incredibly good value for our money. Thank you Justin!

At every stage of the preparation for sale, go to market and sale process Ben and Debbie provided massive assistance, guidance and flexibility on the process and property pricing approach. This ranged from assistance with house clearance, contract terms advice, keeping a steady head and providing calm, practical and appropriate advice when appropriate. Multiple viewings were arranged and managed by them in the first couple of weeks, and one of those who viewed made an acceptable offer (during which process Ben again provided sound advice) with the sale then moving on to a straightforward exchange and completion. During the sale process Debbie and Ben again assisted, with buyer visits to the (then vacant) property, in keeping communication flowing and even with taking the final meter readings for me.
