We have had a great experience with the Winkworth team across almost all of their functions. Their dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge of the area and friendly manner is a great combination. Initially renting a property when we moved to the area, Georgia and Poppy were awesome at helping us to find the right place. Since moving in, Janie has been managing the property and has helped us navigate everything with consummate skill and professionalism, which she combines a genuine warmth and desire to help that are especially welcome when we are concerned about the issue du jour! The proof is in the pudding - we are now buying a property in the area, which happens to be being sold by Faith and Lilly, who have been superb through the whole process, especially with their guidance and flexibility as we’ve been going through the due diligence process.

Would not hesitate to recommend Ian and Winkworths. The photos for a start were amazing (compared to another agent I was using for another sale), they really showed the place off. There were (unrelated to Winkworths) issues towards the end of the sale process which Ian personally got involved in and sorted without question. No question, a great estate agent!

This move has been far from easy and stressful at times due to a difficult chain. Massive thank you to Jade who managed updates every week throughout the chain and then towards the end, daily chasing. I was kept well informed. The issue being a poor conveyancer which proved very incompetent. Jade remained calm and professional and engaged through the chain to ensure we finally exchanged, even though only a few days before completion. She had to deal with my stress too! So thank you Jade, a great asset to Winkworth’s at Poringland. This is what a good estate agent is all about.
