Really fond of Winkworth South Ken and especially Sam. We just sold our flat with them and Sam managed to find the right buyer and managed the entire process from A to Z with top notch service. Winkworth and Sam stood out from other agencies as they took the time to understand the history behind the ownership of our property along with the specificities of the property. This enabled them to calibrate the search and target the right buyer. Our flat had been with Foxtons for 2 years and despite them taking lots of buyers to see our property we never ever had credible buyers through the door!
