We had a really great experience of selling our flat with Winkworth (similar to the experience when we bought it through them 8 years before). Alex was very trustworthy and provided really sound and trustworthy valuation advice (initially advised us not to sell, as he thought the market would improve if we waited for a few months). Nicola then led the sale process, and assisted with trying to find us a house. She, and her team, were very creative and offered a great bespoke service. They were highly responsive and really on top of their brief. I would highly highly recommend.

Winkworth in Cheltenham are a must if you are looking for a great Estate Agent to work with. Their friendly, caring and helpful approach really put you at ease. The staff are fantastic, out main contact is Tanya Baxter, I cannot sing her praises enough, she really has looked after us so well. Give them a try, honestly you will not be disappointed their service.

Would highly recommend using winkworths. Both Ben and Henry had a clear strategy to sell our flat, and did so within 10 days of it being on the market. They were easy to deal with and very helpful, supporting with any queries that were raised by us or our buyer.

Matt made me feel very comfortable when he was marketing the house. I found dealing with both Matt and Nigel very efficient. When I need help with finding a solicitor and house clearance they were very helpful. Anytime I called them and they were not available they would call me back relatively quickly - I did not have to chase them at all. They constantly kept me in the loop all the time.
