The first agency that helped us not with words, but with deeds. As refugees from Ukraine, it was very difficult for us to find housing, although we worked full-time and had contracts. We recently bought a house in Highcliffe through Winkworth after moving from Australia. Nick was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient with us. The house purchase process is very different in the UK than in Australia, and Nick kept us informed at every stage. Unfortunately, due to our recent relocation to the UK, our mortgage application was substantially delayed, and Winkworth were fantastic at keeping the communication open between us and the vendors so that we didn't lose the house. I hope to be in my current house for many years, but if I ever needed to sell, I would use them...

I could not recommend Winkworth NH highly enough, by far and away the best experience I've ever had as a renter. The property management team (and particularly Kylie Wright) are responsive, efficient, friendly and (rarest of all) empathetic. Have just moved out of a flat managed by them after a 7.5yrs and cannot recall a single instance when the team at Winkworth have been anything other than absolutely outstanding! My only regret is that this review is capped at 5 stars.
