We have done several deals with Winkworth particularly dealing with Mr Atkinson. His advice was always comprehensive and he took great care in serving our business needs. Winkworth's lettings department is also doing a very good job for us. Although still in its infancy stage, we feel that our relationship with Winkworth is well suited to our corporate strategy and hope that it will grow stronger as we move forward in the right direction.

The team at this branch of Winkworth are all extremely helpful and professional and I have always felt extremely well-looked after by them, first as a landlord when they were managing a property on my behalf and then as a vendor when selling that same property. I would like to particularly thank Tania, David, and Charlie, all of whom have gone above and beyond in ensuring that my concerns were always addressed promptly and resolved efficiently. We have rented property out in Tiverton for nearly 20 years, initially with Watts & Sons who were excellent, but after they were taken over by Diamond we had nothing but problems - too many to list here. Moving to Winkworth has been a blessing, Candiss and Ellie in lettings are a delight, very capable and simply easy to work with. Oliver in sales is also very helpful. I would strongly recommend choosing them for lettings management at least.

Winkworth recently helped me to sell a flat which had a lot of complications around the lease and the freehold company. Kelvin Lac was very patient while these issues were being sorted out and worked hard to keep the buyers onside. He definitely earned his commission on this one!
