Cannot recommend Winkworth enough. They were fantastic throughout the selling process but really came into their own during the long slog to completion. Without Jamie’s relentless chasing up and down the chain, I truly believe it would have fallen apart. If we are ever tempted to move again, we would definitely be back!

Cant rate these guys highly enough when buying through them. Despite their obligations being with the seller they went above and beyond in helping me with the sale of my own property and advised me how best to manage things up to an eventual exchange.

Having found myself in the unfortunate situation of having to sell my family home due to a relationship breakdown, the winkworth team supported me all the way in an area im not very familiar with. There's always been a bit of a stigma around estate agents and not being able to trust them but Becky, Jade and Stuart put me at ease, helped me and put things in lehmanns terms from start to finish. I would 100% recommend them for buying and/or selling. Trustworthy, reliable and honest, qualities very hard to come by in this day and age!

During a prolonged property search Winkworth were constantly able to find me new buyers after others gave up waiting. They were always easy to contact, gave good advice and feedback and negotiated the full asking price for my flat on more than one occasion. Thoroughly recommended.

I’ve known Andrew, Val and the Winkworth Petersfield team for about 8 years now. I bought my house from them and found Andrew to be enormously helpful and supportive through what was a very stressful process. More recently I’ve rented the house out for a period, and here Val has been a huge help - from doing the inventory to providing invaluable advice, even though we were managing the property ourselves. Sam Agar has managed the whole process from agreed sale, exchange and completion in a very professional and charming way , nothing was too much trouble and I could not wish for better service in what can be a stressful time . I just moved into the property listed with Winkworth last week. The service they provided is very good from the beginning to the end. Always respond my email and queries with professional and easily understandable answers very quickly. We didn't experience very much problems on Winkworth side as the process was very smooth. Just the reference checking company they co-operate, Blinc, may need some improvement on machine reading techniques. My ID documents were eventually recognised by their system after I tried 6 times.

Would not hesitate to recommend Winkworths, an estate agent that does their job in a highly professional manner, with experience to handle all situations.
