I cannot recommend Winkworth highly enough. We have been letting through them for over 10 years and recently sold though them. Lucinda Richardson and her team looked after our letting with a professional, efficient and calm approach. When finding new tenants they constantly kept us up to date. Their pricing advice was always good and almost without exception we achieved the rents they suggested. Very useful advice was also given on making the flat more appealing. When we decided to sell Charles Erwin and Michael Gunnell were excellent guides and advisors.
