They kept us updated throughout the process, which only took 9 weeks from listing to completion with the Christmas break during that time. I've had dealings with other local estate agents in the past with both sales and lettings and they are not in the same league as Winkworth, who clearly employ staff of the highest quality. My experience was as a seller, but no reason to believe they would be any different from the buyer perspective. The best agent I've had the pleasure of subcontracting with. They are honest with us and the landlords. Alex doesn't mark up our invoices to landlords unlike most other agents as he thinks its unethical as he gets a management fee for this work. It's rare to find such honest people these days!
