We have had the best experience with Tanya. She is an absolute credit to Winkworth, I hope they take notice. I must admit we were difficult tenants, in a more-so difficult property. None the less, nothing was too much hassle and every encounter with the letting agent was a pleasant and quite often hilarious experience, even on the most testing days.
