I sold my flat through this branch and dealt with Kiren who I believe was head of sales. I was extremely happy with the advice and service she provided me throughout the process of the sale. From the beginning Kiren was spot on with her valuation and local knowledge, I’m so happy that I went with Winkworth as I fear our property would of sat on the market looking expensive and probably helping to sell all the other flats local to my area had we gone with the other estate agents. Her team where great on the viewings and there communication and feedback was really good. We had an offer and I really felt like Kiren and team where representing me and the sale of my home. So much so that she went back to purchaser and got a higher offer for me. One very happy customer.

We highly recommend the team at Winkworths. We’ve spoken to people who have said they wouldn’t use other agents in Marlborough again but haven’t heard a bad word said about Kim, Annabel and Susan. They are very professional and responsive and managed to keep us smiling during stressful times caused by Countrywide Conveyancing, so my advice is to avoid Countrywide and to definitely engage Winkworths.

Without doubt Jenny is the best at getting things done in an efficient way, as a property agent. Jenny always follows up to make sure things are getting done. I used the services of Winkworth in Sleaford to sell my late father's property. I found everything from the outset to be handled in a very professional manner. Particular thanks must go to Scott, who went over and above in my dealings with him, such as sorting out and obtaining a quote for clearance of items and providing that additional nudge to solicitors to ensure the sale was kept on track, as well as keeping me up to date at all times with progress.. I would give 10 stars if Google allows me. Excellent agency. We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. We were buying a house through Winkworth and completed our move during Lockdown 2. Naturally we were very apprehensive about whether the move could proceed and what implications this could through our way. Lori and James were extremely supportive, offering good recommendations for surveyors who could meet with our tight timescales and answering all our questions. On the day itself Lori actually came and met us at the house which was really appreciated and was a nice touch. Thank you
