When we decided to let our property we contacted a number of agents in the Clerkenwell area. We chose Adam Stone and his team and some 4 years or so later we have been very pleased with the service throughout. Covid has challenged most businesses however Winkworth have continued to deliver particularly with a change of tenants required some 18months or so ago. David.

I listed a property to sell in February this year with Sam and his team. They were great to deal with and kept me informed the whole way. Evie was really helpful. They worked really hard with viewings however in the end I pulled it from the market and am going to hang out and wait for the market to improve I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended

Not for the first time, the service we received from Winkworths has been exemplary. The first time, some years ago, we weren't even their clients and the service was impressive so it was inevitable that we would use them for our latest move. From the initial contact to the final handover, we couldn't ask for any more. Excellent communication at all stages, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Finlay helped us find our new home. We had issues with trying to get everything in order in time for us to move in when our lease ended and Finlay was incredible in following up with solicitors and relaying between ourselves and the sellers so we could get everything in order in time!! Because of Finlay and Winkworth we were able to move in at the perfect time and our experience of buying our new home would have been a lot more stressful without their help!!
