Winkworths have been acting as letting agents for several years for a local property. They have always been efficient and effective, quick to respond to communications, and proactive in sorting any issues.Thus they have ensured that any issues our tenants may have had have been dealt with promptly and to everyone's satisfaction, engaging tradesmen when necessary and reporting back to us.
