Henry and the team at Winkworth Farnham did a great job on our property sale. Their valuation was not the highest one we received, but it was the one which felt most realistic. Once we began marketing the property, they were highly professional. We received an asking price offer within two weeks and, though there were a few hiccups along the way, ultimately a sale completed to the original interested party.

Winkworth managed the property that we purchased in Poole. On the whole we were happy with the service. Sean did his best to make sure that both parties were happy, during some difficult periods. Comminication could have been a bit clearer/ emails we received were a bit hard to decipher, or we didn't receive any response at all. Was very pleasant when meeting us to collect the keys. Would be happy to deal with Winkworth again.

From start to finish Paul Benge at Winkworth managed the sale of my property. I have been extremely happy with the way this was handled, Paul has a great knowledge of the local market and a good network of contacts. This led to a very quick sale. Paul kept me fully informed at every stage of the sale and managed all the relevant parties, including the buyer and solicitors. I would recommend him and Winkworth based on my experience.
