Great experience with Winkworth in the sale of my flat. Bespoke approach, considerate, courteous and reasonable rates. The whole team was great, and then particularly Dominic who handled the sale, making the process as smooth as these things can be. Forget the “estate agent stereotype”: this is a team of real people, doing a professional job and being nice human beings at the same time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Winkworth Banstead to sell my property, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Richard, Andrew, Donna, and Alison provided an exceptional service. We had three valuations with local agents and I found Richard to be the most honest and sensible. He had a lot of experience and knowledge about the local area which gave me a lot of confidence. Donna, Alison & Andrew handled the viewings perfectly and were always available to answer questions and keep us updated every step of the way. Due to some challenging market conditions and some issues in the chain later down the line the property took a little longer to sell than we had hoped but the whole team remained steadfast in their approach worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line. We are extremely grateful to them for all of their efforts and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Ryan and Ben found me my next home during a really difficult period in my life. They were quick to respond to any queries, very accommodating to my multiple requests and their communication was excellent! I could not recommend them enough!

I use Winkworth to manage a small flat in East Dulwich and I think they are very good. Most people's experience of dealing with letting agents on the management side is (let's say politely) "mixed". Whereas I've found Winkworth to be very responsive and professional, solutions oriented and able to find contractors for repairs etc who are pretty efficient and don't charge an arm and a leg. Special shout out to Sami, Nick and Sam who are great. Sorry if I missed others because the whole team is very good.
