The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office.
