We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.

Winkworth Newbury and Mollie especially have been nothing short of outstanding from her valuing our property all of the way to our completion. Nothing was ever too much for Mollie. She's had so much patience and been so polite yet straight forward with us which is what I like. She totally took the stress and hassle away from us on many occasions which as a young family with a baby and a dog was exactly what we needed. We never needed to chase her for anything and we also got put in touch with the best solicitor - she was all over it from start to finish - keeping us updated every step of the way. Not sure why anyone would ever use a different local estate agent to Winkworth Newbury and Mollie and team because they and Mollie were far and above all of the other estate agents in our chain when it came to everything. Can honestly say I’ve never met a nicer team. They are in the process of selling my late mother’s apartment.
