Been with Winkworth for around 2 years now! They have been an excellent and effective company to rent with! Any issues I had they sorted and question or queries I had where answered straightaway. So thankful to have such a good estate agents.

I listed my flat with Winkworth and both Natasha and Hannah made the experience so much less stressful with their professional approach and solved the issues when a buyer all of a sudden pulled out of the deal and they quickly found another buyer at full asking price. We recently sold our flat in Shepherds Bush through Winkworth, having also bought through them in 2015 and the service was excellent. Whilst personnel changed during the sale, which we appreciate can happen, and we had to therefore work with different sales managers, we were very appreciative to be offered a reduced commission for the inconvenience, whilst the service continued to be very good. Excellent communication on email and telephone with regular updates. We sold in a tough market and didn’t quite get the price we wanted, but Winkworth always seemed to have the very best intentions for us as sellers.
